and health care professionals such as nurses, mental health therapists, social workers and dietitians who work collaboratively to provide integrated care for ALL your primary health care needs.
Primary Care Network provides a wide range of services including helping you find a family doctor, multiple health and wellness workshops, referrals to specialized practicinors, counselling services, addiction and mental health supports, and so much more!
There are 42 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Alberta providing care to over 3.5 million Albertans, allowing them to access primary health care services 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
